This policy explains how BSC Health Turizm Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. ("BSC") uses cookies and similar technologies on www.bestselfclub.com and its landing pages (dental.bestselfclub.com, plastic.bestselfclub.com, transplant.bestselfclub.com), in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the KVKK Board's Cookie Guidelines and, where applicable, the GDPR / UK GDPR and the ePrivacy rules.
1. What cookies are

3. Your choice

4. Legal basis and transfers abroad
Strictly necessary cookies are used because they are needed to provide the site you requested (KVKK Art. 5(2)(c) and (f); GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). Analytics and marketing cookies are used only with your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5(1); GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Google and Meta may process this data on servers outside Türkiye; such transfers take place on the basis of your explicit consent and the safeguards in KVKK Article 9 and, where applicable, Chapter V GDPR. Their own privacy policies also apply.
