BSC Health Turizm Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. ("BSC") processes the data you submit through our website, landing pages or social-media lead forms as the data controller, in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the GDPR / UK GDPR.
1. Data we collect
Name, telephone/WhatsApp number, e-mail address, country, language, the treatment you are interested in, your message, any photos or documents you choose to send, the source of your enquiry (e.g. website, Meta/Facebook/Instagram campaign) and technical data on the submission (date, time, IP address).
2. Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, arrange a free consultation, prepare an offer, assign a patient consultant and contact you by telephone, e-mail or WhatsApp about your enquiry.
Legal bases: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5(2)(c); GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in keeping records of enquiries (KVKK Art. 5(2)(f); GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Health information or photos you choose to send are processed only with your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 6; GDPR Art. 9(2)(a)). We send marketing messages only if you give a separate, optional consent.
3. Sharing and transfers abroad
With your consent, a partner doctor may receive your information for a preliminary assessment. Our IT and communication providers (e.g. e-mail, WhatsApp, Meta lead forms) may store data abroad; such transfers comply with KVKK Article 9 and, where applicable, Chapter V GDPR. If you use a Meta lead form, Meta's own processing is governed by Meta's privacy policy. We do not sell your data.
4. Retention
If your enquiry does not lead to a booking, we keep your data for 2 years from our last contact and then delete or anonymise it.
5. Your rights
You have the rights set out in KVKK Article 11 and, where applicable, GDPR Articles 15–22 — including access, rectification, erasure and objection — and you may withdraw your consent at any time. 6. Explicit consent
By ticking the box, I confirm that I have read this notice and give my explicit consent to BSC processing any health information and photos I choose to send solely to evaluate my enquiry — including sharing them with a partner doctor for a preliminary assessment — and to the use of communication services whose servers may be located abroad, after having been informed of the associated risks (the destination country may not offer an equivalent level of data protection).
